The study and the choice of a winning fishing line for living bait trolling requires a lot of time and experience, made available in today's video by the expert of the Tubertini team, which carefully explains what are all the steps for the creation of a proper fishing setting.
First of all, it is important to know what tools you need to have in order to create a similar terminal.
A scissor, a grip pliers, 5180 hooks as main hooks, SSW hooks as leading hooks, TB 110 swivels, small rubber bands, a green sheath, Momoi Neo fluorocarbon, 0.47 Jig Line and Gorilla hooks.
The expert immediately explains how to make a fundamental knot for this type of fishing, namely the crazy knot, a knot with a breaking load of 110%, due to a greater springing of the knot itself that at the time of tearing widens, resulting in a 10% breaking load more.
To create it, it is necessary to take the fluorocarbon and swivel mentioned above and lock the swivel with a grip clamp and place it in the clamp. Then thread the wire into the swivel, sliding it for about 30 cm, taking the two endings and starting to turn them one on top of the other, making about five turns and then shaking with the hand. After tightening, make three turns in the opposite direction, tightening, and then make another three turns and tightening until you get very close to the swivel. Once you have reached the end, near the swivel, insert the ending into the eyelet and then tighten with the pliers.
A secret for a better hold of the knot is, after its realization, to go to strengthen the closure, wrapping a braided at the base of the swivel, above the closure itself.

At the end of this doubling is placed the main hook, very similar in size to that of the leading hook, which is also reinforced with braided to prevent it from sliding along the stem of the hook.
