In the past in the surf casting technique passing from a telescopic rod to a multi piece one was pretty traumatic, indeed lots of multi piece rods were too heavy, too stiff and definitely not easy to manage. Since a few years ago at Colmic we are developing our three pieces rods more and more lighter and very easy to manage, this without affecting the power and the performance of the rods.
