All new for 2021, this range of one-piece rods is specifically designed for coastal trolling. Made from high modulus carbon fibre with high tensile strength and elasticity, these rods feature slim and lightweight blanks and have a progressive fish-playing action with plenty of power in reserve to control big fish. The Oceanica rods come with a spiral wrapped guide layout, also known as ‘Acid wrap’. This setup uses fewer guides on the tip section, which improves the tool flexibility while preventing rod twist under heavy load for reliable performance in the most demanding situations. All three models in the range are finished with the best components available on the market, such as Fuji H-22 screw reel seats, double-leg SIC sea guides, high-strength EVA handles and fighting gimbal butts.
