The most important factors deciding the casting abilities of a shooting head, are weight distribution and smooth tapers. We have balanced these single hand shooting heads for slow turnovers that will allow more running line to accompany the head before the final turnover. This ensures better presentations at all distances and, if necessary, longer casts without the inevitable collapses that will manifest themselves any time there is more running line left after the head has turned over. We have equipped the heads with small, soft, but strong loops at both ends. Welded loops in both ends. Laser printed indication.
