This is a serious fishing rod, a fully ground, black matt finished, slim blank with a short abbreviated Japanese shrink tube butt grip. Five 3 legged guides throughout the rod and a large stand-off tip eye. A large DPS reel seat to except big pit reels with a short 7cm shrink tube sleeve behind the reel seat and high gloss epoxy whippings throughout the rod. All metal fittings on the guides and reel seat are in black to give the rod the specific name of “Black Ops” good casting action with a progressive test curves. Black butt cap with discreet markings.
