Trabucco Selektor XS Supreme Feeder

This splendid rod boasts truly amazing technical performances. There is a real provocation in these tools: how many models on the market are offered at much higher prices, when in reality they offer nothing better than the Selektor? Let's try to close our eyes before we grasp them... The special physical and technical characteristics of Supreme Feeder place it at the top of the Selektor range. This series can be defined as multiform and multifunction, able to cover most of the fishing conditions typical of the feeder, both carried out in an amateur and competitive way. The project foresees a modern two-section structure for the 10 and 11 feet rods, intended for fishing at short and medium distances and for this reason requiring a parabolic action, capable of managing any fish easily. The 12- and 13-foot rods, which are used for fishing at longer distances, are structured in three sections to reduce their transport dimensions. Their body is markedly conical to provide the necessary thrust in the cast, while the first rings upstream of the reel are oversized to facilitate the fast passage of the shock leader knot. In all four rods that make up the series, the glass is separate, i.e. it exceeds the overall dimensions of the unassembled rods. This solution contributes to the smoothness of the curve in the area intended to follow the slower bites and to protect the terminal during fording. The natural cork handle incorporates the screw reel seat and ends with a conical EVA grip that increases the level of control in the cast.
