This special monofilament has the last 15m tapered on both sides, which act as a final coupling, allowing also, in case of prolonged use or breakage of the tapered terminal, to rewind the monofilament on the reel in reverse and have again a perfect tapered terminal monofilament with coupling.
The lack of junction knots eliminates the possibility of breakage under tension.
