Andrea Venturini and his teammates of Trabucco, Vanni Ligabue and Andrea Pettinaroli, take us to Trecenta, on the banks of the Fissero Tartaro canal for a Feeder fishing session for catching local prey such as bream, crucian and catfish.
Not the simple filming of a fishing day but a real video tutorial whose purpose is to explain in depth the various aspects of the preparation of a competition setting, both at the level of equipment and preparation of groundbaits.
The first one that is taken into consideration is indeed the correct wetting of the groundbait; the one chosen by Trabucco experts for this fishing session is a mix of the Brème Competition Black and Big Breme Black, with a larger grain.
Both dark in color, they are the best choice to blend in on dark grounds, where torpedoes and perch are not lacking.
Andrea's advice is to gradually wet the groundbait as the amount of water to be added varies according to the strength of the groundbait. After an initial wetting, the secret is to let the groundbait rest for at least 5 minutes before checking if it is necessary to add more water.
Fouillis and maggots are triggered and lines launched into the water for the beginning of this competition between friends.
Despite the difficult weather conditions, not only due to the strong wind but also to the lowering of the water temperature, caused by the melting snow, the first timid bites are not long in coming, even if the activity of the fish is very slow and the Team probe the backdrop to understand where fish are stationing.
With the Inspiron Master Feeder, the first breme is taken!
Venturini presents the equipment that he and his team are using for the session, the scene is all for the new Trabucco rods, the Ultimate Professionale Master Feeder. Thanks to the special ring, which provides for the presence of the first ring of large diameter not on the handle but on the next section, it allows to manage without problems the passage of braided lines and to launch with extreme precision even 60 grams.
Very simple, almost essential the line chosen by Andrea for this day, on the spool there's a Power Silk braid connected to the rig, without swivels and any accessory that in strong current conditions can block the line, through a conical shock leader.
An essential setting able to present the bait discreetly and not make the fish suspicious since the activity is already low.
Despite initial forecasts, the first episode of "Feeder Master", heading Trabucco dedicated to the Feeder Fishing of an almost competitive style, turns to the best.
By varying a few settings, the three experts have found the right key to attract the canal's breme, also thanks to the help of high quality performance products such as the new XPS AB PLUS and XPS SS PLUS monofilaments. Very high resistance and almost zero memory for perfect wires both to be spooled and used to make rigs.
Finally, Vanni Ligabue presents a whole series of accessories to equip your seat box to fish in conditions of full comfort and efficiency.
But Team Trabucco always gives its best and never saves itself even when it comes to providing its viewers with complete and valuable information. Not a mere list of accessories but a real tutorial to show how to best mount a stable and accessorized fishing station in the right way to reveal a valid ally and not an obstacle during the various phases of the fishing session.
Feeder Master continues in the next unmissable episode!
