Withdrawal

The customer may return products purchased obtaining the full refund of the sum effectively paid for the purchasing of the product within 14 business days since the moment in which the customer has received the products, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The Costumer must anticipate, before of any refund of the price of Product by Piscor, shipping costs and delivery costs of the Product and he/she shall be responsible for all risks of loss, theft and deterioration of Products during transport;
  • Products must be returned “as new” in the original packaging, complete of all components, parts and accessories, warranty cards, manuals and other documents, and any element which is part of Products.

In case of withdrawal it is necessary to contact our Customer Service, to know all details about the steps of the procedure to follow.

In the event that returned Products result:

  • Damaged or used;
  • Returned after the deadline of 14 business days;
  • Without packaging or without an adequate packaging;
  • With parts, including components, accessories, packaging, documents and/or other elements that are damaged or missing;
  • Or also if the shipping costs had not been paid in advance.

Piscor reserves the right to refuse the refund or to charge the Costumer for repair costs.
