This product is obtained by crumbing toasted bread crusts. It is perfect as breaker ingredient to lighten and break up the ball of groundbait on contact with the surface of the water. It has a medium-low value in proteins and a very high breaking power. It is really useful in sea surface fishing when using groundbaits for GARFISH, MULLET and SADDLED BREAM. (20-30%) In fresh water fishing it is essential when fish stays in surface especially in the hot season. (20 – 30% up to 50% to get the greatest breaking effect)
