The Aero 2500 comes in two retrieve speeds; the standard model has a powerful 5.0:1 ratio that is perfect for playing hard fighting fish, whilst the HG (high gear) model has a quick 6.0:1 ratio that retrieves almost 1 metre of line per handle turn making it more suited to float fishing.
