The Kalos FTN 5000 Reel by Trabucco, is a reel with minimalist aesthetics, designed and studied carefully to meet the needs of experienced fishermen. A modern and performing tool, with high technical characteristics.
Kalos is equipped with an advanced braking system; in short, it uses a double rear clutch, the first one with classic micrometric adjustment and the other one based on a variable selector for combat.
The operation is simple: once the main clutch has been pre-set to the breaking load of the terminal, once the fish attempts to escape, the combat lever is used to loosen or increase the braking power, without ever losing the initial setting. An advantage not to be underestimated, especially when fishing with thin terminals or when you need to control the escape of the fish between submerged obstacles.
Five ball bearings and a Roller Bearing that handles for the infinite backstop system, rotate a mechanic that generates excellent trolling power.
The components are elite: Duralumin body and rotor, lightened aluminum spool, oversized bow, AS Line Roller, double crank and even a spare graphite spool.
